ck767 believes betting should be enjoyable, not a burden. Our protection tools, limit settings, and support services help you enjoy healthy entertainment.

What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?

Online betting and casino games are a form of entertainment, and they stay enjoyable only when you are aware of your own limits. At ck767, we believe every player's experience should be safe, controlled, and fun.

Responsible gaming means playing while staying mindful of your budget, your time, and your state of mind. Our goal is to make sure that gaming — regardless of wins or losses — does not affect your daily life, family, or financial wellbeing.

Our platform offers a range of protective tools to help you manage your play. On this page you will find out how to set deposit limits, time limits, and self-exclusion, and how to reach our support team.

⚠️ Important: ck767 is for people aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing bets.

Core Principles of Healthy Gaming

Responsible betting means following a few simple rules that will help you enjoy the entertainment.

✅

Play for Entertainment Only

Do not think of betting as a source of income. It is a leisure activity, like watching a film or following a sport.

✅

Stick to a Set Budget

Before each session, decide how much you are willing to spend and never go beyond that limit.

✅

Take Regular Breaks

Do not play for long stretches at a time. Take at least a 10–15 minute break every hour.

✅

Keep Your Emotions in Check

Never bet when you are angry, frustrated, or under the influence of alcohol — your judgement is weakened in these states.

How to Set Protection Limits

You can set your gaming limits on ck767 in just a few simple steps.

Open Settings

Find the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings.

Choose Your Limits

Select the option that suits you — deposit limit, session time limit, or time-out.

Confirm

Enter the amount or time and press the "Confirm" button — the limit will take effect immediately.

If you cannot find the settings, contact us via 24/7 live chat — we will help you right away.

Self-Exclusion — Detailed Information

Self-exclusion is a measure where you can request that access to your account be blocked for a set period or permanently. During this time, no betting, deposits, or withdrawals will be possible.

Self-exclusion periods are generally 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Once permanent self-exclusion is activated, reversing it is very difficult and time-consuming — so consider this decision carefully.

To request self-exclusion, send an email to [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Our team will complete the process within 24 hours and send you a confirmation message.

Protection for Minors

ck767 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. An age verification process is required during account registration. If we suspect that a minor is using an account, we will suspend it immediately.

If there are children or teenagers in your home, use password protection on your devices and never share your login details. You can also use parental control software on your internet connection to block access to online betting sites.

Remember: Your account is entirely personal. Sharing your account details with anyone else — including family members — is prohibited.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and place bets at ck767. Age is verified during account registration, and any account belonging to a minor may be suspended at any time.

Log in to your account, go to "Profile Settings", and select the "Responsible Gaming" option. From there you can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a waiting period.

Self-exclusion can last for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. After a request is submitted, our team typically locks the account within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion is very difficult to reverse once activated — so make this decision carefully.

A time-out is a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Once the period ends, the account is automatically reactivated. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure — 6 months or more — and cannot be reversed on your own; it must be processed through our support team.

Yes, you can have multiple protection limits active at once. Running a deposit limit, a daily session time limit, and a time-out simultaneously is fully supported and ensures the highest level of protection.

If you think a family member is showing signs of problematic betting behaviour, start by having an open conversation with them. If needed, contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat — we will help guide you through the next steps.

You can withdraw any balance in your account before self-exclusion takes effect. After the account is locked, your balance will be kept safe and can be accessed once the exclusion period ends (in the case of a time-out).
